ORCHARD COMMONS UBC

Orchard Commons is UBC’s newest student residence building. North by Northwest has proudly constructed a beautiful exterior space to promote a calming study space and outdoor leisure. This project allowed our team to diversify and employ our construction capabilities by installing bike racks, outdoor furnishings, bollard installations. Softscape installations were no different, North by Northwest transformed this space even further with an extensive list of planters, trees, shrubs, perennials and more. As one of their newest residences, as the school emphasizes, these outdoor spaces create an engaging scape for students, staff, and visitors.
